**BOOOST, where social meets lifestyle. Connect with your friends offline.**

BOOOST is a social app that brings you closer to the people you love. Users are able to earn BYL point that can be used within the app or swapped for $HPP in the future. There are three activity modes:

🌏**Socialize**

* Connect with close friends and family, find them on the map!
* Create lasting memories and experiences together

🚗**Drive**

* Earn points while commuting
* Upgrade to a Digital Vehicle for enhanced points

🏃‍♀️**Walk**

* Earn points while exercising
* Compete with users around the world

The purpose of BOOOST is to track and optimize your lifestyle while being able to connect with friends offline. It is designed with the central tenet of web3 in mind, that is to put the power over personal data back in the hands of the people and to advance the transition into the ownership economy.

**Users will transform into owners - stewards of personal data and of the application.**

By engaging in these activities, users will not only be able to **visualize the impact** of their daily activities, but will also be able to **curate a digital version** of themselves, **everything on a single app**, one activity at a time.

**Disclaimer: BOOOST is currently undergoing Open Beta. App setup and general mechanics are subject to change to ensure the best experience for our users.**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://booost-1.gitbook.io/booost-whitepaper/overview.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
